Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years in the animation and gaming industries, Darryn has built a reputation as an innovative Creative Studio Leader. He has successfully guided teams through high-profile global projects for top-tier clients, including Electronic Arts, Bioware, Disney, Meta, Wizards of the Coast, Unity, Jagex, Pixel Toys, Ten Square Games, Nordeus, and Sunrise Productions.

Known for his ability to balance creative excellence with strategic execution, Darryn fosters problem-solving skills, strengthens team dynamics, and drives projects to success. As Head of Creative Operations at Balisti Studios, he plays a key role in shaping both creative direction and business strategy.

Lorraine Alvarez Posen

Co-Founder & Creative Advisor

With over 18 years of industry experience, Lorraine has led and managed large teams of artists, shaping concepts for major clients such as Disney, Entertainment One, Triggerfish Animation Studios, Hero Concept Art, Balisti Studios, and Sunrise Productions.

As a creative consultant, she works with studios worldwide on original IP development, character design, illustration, storyboarding, pre-production pipelines, and craft compelling pitch bibles. At Crosstree Media Group, Lorraine advises on creative direction, bringing her expertise to bear on the company's visual identity and storytelling.

A pioneer in the computer games market in the early 1980s, Jon was responsible for bringing favourite family tabletop games onto home computers and consoles internationally. After selling his business, Leisure Genius, to Virgin Games, he continued in the Technology sector as a C-Suite Director across international companies — including one NASDAQ IPO, two London IPOs, and several trade sales.

Charlotte Clark

Non-Executive Director

Charlie has been at the forefront of new media consumer product development and marketing for over 25 years, working at Marketing Director level for FTSE-100 companies across global entertainment and retail — Disney, Sega, Carlton TV, Philips, Tesco, and Sainsbury's. She brings a deep understanding of evolving consumer trends at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and commerce.

Jolyon Stack

Company Secretary & Management Accountant

An experienced accounting and administration professional with a strong background in financial management. With over three decades in the field, Jolyon has held senior roles overseeing financial operations and statutory compliance. His expertise spans financial controls, process optimisation, and management reporting across the UK and internationally.
